What a penalty shoot out marathon for the 1st team on Saturday!!!!!!!!!! A total of 46 penalties taken, with the final result being 22-21.

Is This a record?

Well done to all those involved, it's a shame we ended up on the wrong end of the score though.

Have found out that the number of penalties taken was 2 short of being a world record.

Looks like we lost out all round that day!!!

It has been checked and published in last weeks Pink (Echo). The penalty shoot-out is a new British Record.
The previous record was 40 penalties set in 2005.
